To ensure a relaxed yet attentive stay, our chef and villa hostess/housekeeper are present daily for housekeeping, groundskeeping, and meal preparation during scheduled service windows:
8:30 AM – 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy thoughtful service while maintaining privacy.

Guests enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals created in the outdoor kitchen located in Villa Blanca’s gazebo and served in your respective villa, allowing you to dine in complete privacy throughout your stay. Each meal is designed to complement the relaxed pace of villa life — whether enjoyed poolside, on your terrace, or indoors.

If you wish to enjoy lunch or light snacks during the afternoon, this can be easily accommodated. In these instances, the chef will prepare your selections prior to departing the villa at 11:00 AM and have them set aside for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Our menu features a delicious variety of local, fusion, and international dishes, celebrating fresh island ingredients and vibrant flavors.

Chef Jeremy is on site daily for meal curation during the following service windows:
